Plumia is hosted on managed infrastructure with encryption at rest (Postgres + Redis) and TLS in transit. Your documents are private to your account by default.

Can I import and export my files?

Yes. Drag and drop .md files onto the dashboard to import them as new documents. From any document, export to Markdown, HTML, or PDF in one click. Your content is yours to take anywhere.

How do MCP API keys work?

Generate an API key in Settings > API Keys. Add it to your ~/.cursor/mcp.json or Claude Desktop config. Each key is scoped to your account: agents inherit your exact permissions, nothing more.

Auto-snapshots are taken every 5 minutes during active editing (kept 90 days on Pro). Manual named versions let you bookmark significant moments. Restoring auto-creates a Before restore safety snapshot.
